SubSparq ("SubSparq," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SubSparq platform at subsparq.com and app.subsparq.com — an AI-powered bid management platform for construction subcontractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our services.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, company name, email address, trade specialty, and other profile information you provide.
Bid documents: When you upload bid packages, RFPs, drawings, and related documents for analysis, those files are stored on our servers and processed by our AI analysis system.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use SubSparq — pages visited, features used, and actions taken — to improve the platform.
Communication data: If you contact us for support or submit a beta access request, we retain that correspondence.
We do not use your bid documents to train AI models. Your uploaded files are processed solely to deliver the analysis you requested. They are private to your account and are not accessible to other SubSparq users or companies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your bid documents or analysis results with any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the service (e.g., secure cloud storage providers under strict confidentiality agreements).
We take the security of your data seriously. SubSparq uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Railway, a SOC 2-compliant cloud platform. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
No system is perfectly secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@subsparq.com.
We retain your account data and bid documents while your account is active and for 90 days after account cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

SubSparq is a business tool intended for use by adults operating construction companies. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
