What does beta mean for pricing?

During private beta, all users get full Pro access at no cost. When SubSparq moves to general availability, beta users will be offered founding member pricing — guaranteed to be lower than standard rates.

How many users can I add?

Both plans include unlimited users. Your estimators, PMs, and owner can all access SubSparq under one account — no per-seat fees, ever.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, Word, Excel, and image files. Upload the full bid package — specs, drawings, addenda, contract documents — up to 10 files per analysis.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No calls required, no cancellation fees. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your bid packages are private to your account. We never use your documents to train AI models and we never share them with other users or companies. See our Privacy Policy.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic gives you the full AI analysis — the signal, risk flags, qualification matching, and GC communication. Pro adds the complete 5-step workflow: exclusion writing, cost sheet, package review, and submission tools.
